## Quick answer

Reserve it through DPR at least one day ahead, but it has been listed as unavailable.

## Detailed answer

Kailua Beach Park's all-terrain beach wheelchair is reserved through the City Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) by calling (808) 768-8980 at least one day in advance, Monday to Thursday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Friday 9 a.m. to noon. Pick up must be made 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Since August 20, 2025, DPR has listed this park's beach wheelchair as unavailable, so call to confirm before you plan your visit.
