## Quick answer

Possible for strong riders, but it is a long ride on busy highways.

## Detailed answer

There is no continuous bike path from Waikīkī to Kailua. The direct route crosses the Koʻolau Range on the Pali Highway, a busy highway with tunnels that most cyclists should avoid. TheBus buses have bike racks, so you can bring your bike on the bus and ride around Kailua. Bike rentals are also available in Kailua town.
