## Quick answer

Yes. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is banned in all City parks and beaches.

## Detailed answer

Honolulu's smoking ordinance bans smoking in every City park, including beaches, park roadways and other recreation areas, and the ban has applied since January 2014. The City's definition of smoking includes electronic smoking devices such as e-cigarettes and vape pens. Follow the posted no-smoking signs throughout Kailua Beach Park.
