To get to Kailua Beach Park from Pearl City, take the H-1 freeway eastbound towards Honolulu. Take the exit for the Pali Highway (HI-72) and follow the signs to Kailua. The drive takes around 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic. Take the exit for Kailua Road and turn left onto Kailua Road, then turn right onto North Kailua Road, and the beach park will be on your left.
